“The hotel was great, breakfast was great, room was clean the bed was comfortable. The only thing was we were woken up at 7 am on a Saturday by workers working on the ice machine right by our room”

“The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet.”

“Staff was nice lobby, pool area and all was clean. My issue was the knob on the closet door was broken, and the end table next to the bed was tarnish, the curtains looked unattached from the top and the heater plate that covers the digital panel was broke. Maintenance did fix the knob and switched the table. I put on the form there was two people staying in the room, house cleaning was stingy with the towels. I need 2-3 face towels a day. One to wash up, one for my face and one for sweating. The...

“Staff was amazing, very considerate. I was placed in room 108, and I’m thankful for how easy it was to navigate and load my belongings from the car to the room. The room was very clean, 2 things to point out, was a quarter sized stain on the blanket & the entrance/parking lot was not plowed at all. Pillows were very comfy, bathroom was clean. My complaint- door was broken, when we first used the key it worked but then it stopped working and the workers couldnt fix it until the next day when we left for a little bit. Very inconventient because we had to keep bothering them to manually open our door. And it wasn't just one room, both room door did that.
