“Kathy was wonderful in the reception office. She went above and beyond. My room was newly renovated and when you walked in you could smell how clean the room was. The towels were fluffy and cozy and the bed/bed linens were so comfortable. The air condition worked like a charm. The location was great, approximately 2-2.5 blocks from the beach. There were some great little restaurants close by. Also, the pool was nice and it was a comfortable temperature. I will say, if you are handicapped,...

La sistemazione è buona, moderna e pulita, ma i ragazzi dello staff reception devono assolutamente svegliarsi e capire che, solitamente, si prova a fare di tutto per soddisfare le richieste del cliente, soprattutto quelle che hanno a che fare con fatturazione, invoicing e documenti vari. ”
