“The beds were lifted extra high and hard to get on them. And there was no heat in the room when we entered?! It was March.. in Madison.. so the room was 40 degree! Took a long time to warm the room. Front desk manager was wonderful and very helpful!”

Did not get a refund, either! That place should be condemned, and Expedia will NEVER get my business again!”
