Vacanze Tokerau Tapere

Assenza di WiFi per 3 giorni (presente però in altre strutture alberghiere), assenza di cura per la spiaggia, colazione sufficiente (succhi confezionati, unica cosa fresca era il waffel)

Nice place but way overpriced for the amenities etc. Plus it’s in the windy side of the island.

We loved our stay and we will be back soon!

The staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very helpful and always welcoming and greeting you with a friendly Kia orana which was appreciated. They cleaned our room well. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed but overall like the property itself it was dated and tired and needs refurbishment. The sun chairs on the deck were worn. The main dining area is a picturesque setting looking directly into the lagoon thriving with fish, but the windows need a good clean. It was disappointing to see accumulated dirt and cobwebs on the framework at the end of the deck spoiling such a beautiful setting. Stopping the birds from eating from the buffet also needs attention. The restaurant in the adults only area was a more pleasant dining experience. There were plenty of activities and things to do for kids and adults, A good family destination.

Great location and beautiful villa. We had Villa One which had amazing views. The only thing to note was it is next door to where they launch some of the lagoon cruises so there is drums and singing most mornings from about 9.30am. Would stay again. Our Villa was lovely and private with direct access to the beach.
