“Room was SPECTACULAR! It was exceptionally clean and amenities were awesome. Just steps away from Ikspiari shopping center was a definite plus and the free shuttle service to and from the parks was a nice touch. Hotel delivery service was top notch as well as the bus service going to Haneda airport. The staff overall were so nice and just added that Disney magic that I needed during my trip. The Konbini and merchandise store inside were also fantastic. Will definitely stay here again”

“Convenient location for our Disney Adventures. Room was very large/spacious compared to Hotel rooms in the city (Ginza). The room was also very clean and we had a lovely view of the bay. Check-in was quick and efficient and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They will hold your luggage or can arrange a delivery service to your next hotel destination - of course there's a fee. Just keep in mind there is no same day service for luggage delivery. “Its our 1st time traveling to Japan, and we enjoyed staying here. The room is very clean and eco friendly 😍 we love the breakfast buffet and the personal essentials are amazing, but they aren't for sale. Overall experienced are great with very friendly staff😊 we will definitely stays again at Hiyori hotel the next time will come to tokyo.”
