Posizione perfetta
Considerando costo/benefici non posso che valutare positivamente la struttura tuttavia alcuni punti critici rimangono come la pulizia generale, la dimensione ridotta della camera e i pochi punti d'appoggio. Eccezionale la posizione che ci ha permesso di muoverci tranquillamente per tutta Tokyo.

Very convenient location, subway station just around the corner, it is a simple business hotel. My room was a very small, but has a very nice bed. Ample electrical outlet. Very small bathroom.

Room is smaller than expected but amenities were very good. Daily disposable slippers were provided, towels changed daily, basic toiletries also available. Close to F & E station.

Perfect for our stay. Very close to the train station which was a breeze getting around Tokyo. Room was very tidy and cleaned well each day. Would definitely return again

Would not recommend. Sirens screamed all night long making sleep difficult. Drunks urinating in the street in front of the hotel, Room was not particularly clean and the toilet seat did not fit the toilet. just awful.

I really liked the entrance of the metro which is literally 10m from the entrance of the Hotel. You are close to Kabukicho which is like the night life ( red light district) of Tokyo which is impressive during night walks .The Windows were not sealed properly and it got very windy and cold during sleep. It seemed like even if you have a clean up of the room, they don't clean underneath the bed.

The double (single use) room that I had was tiny-- I barely had room to open one of my suitcases on the floor. Underneath the bed and behind the desk looked like they've never been cleaned, but the actual top of both were comfortably clean when I checked in. The bathroom came with liquid bath soap and shampoo, which was great, although the dispensers had them caked onto the bottom, which was kind of gross. The bidet remote's chain was broken, but it worked fine. The area in Shinjuku (and near Kabukicho) has sirens and accompanying loudspeaker announcements until 2 or 3 in the morning some days of the week, and the room was not soundproof from the outdoors. On the other hand, I didn't have any issues with noise from neighboring rooms in the same building. The internet worked well. Guests (who aren't signed up for the room) aren't technically allowed, but the staff didn't seem to enforce it strictly, despite the signage. There's no non-emergency staircase, so you'll have to wait for the elevator every time you come or go. I'd recommend this place if you're on a budget and you want convenient access to Tokyo.

Stayed in the triple room for 8 nights. It can easily accommodate 4 persons. Hair brush cotton buds razor provided at Recep MacDonald 24 hours literally across the road. Lawson and Tully are just downstairs. Station is downstairs only heard fire engine once at about 1 am on 1st night stayed on 13th highest floor facing main road but no noise at all. Very clean carpet and bed. Room cleaning very good. Thin Bathrobe double up as sleeping gown. Material felt soft and snuggly. Pillow has beads on one side and cotton on the other. Very thoughtful of hotel. Bathroom is typically small but room is spacious room is bright with day and night curtains bath slippers changed everyday air freshener bottle provided self svc washing machine 400 yen for 1 hour wash. Dryer 100 yen for 30 min 2 sets per floor. Clean applicances no one using when I was there. Fire engine sirens could be heard a few times at night and through the night but it’s not piercing to the ears. Sometimes no sirens at all. Kind of soothing sound. Mini fridge is cold. Heater aircon is working very well. No safe but hotel provides safe keeping service. One mention is the bidet. If it doesn’t work, lift the remote control off the holder and hold it near you and it will work.

히가시 신주쿠 역에서 A1 출구랑 엄청 가깝구요 . 모두 마음에 들었으나, 욕조 배수구에 물때 or 곰팡이 비슷한게 보였습니다. 흡연은 나가서 하셔야하고, 그 외에는 대체적으로 만족했어요:)

Front desk folks were super nice, friendly, and helpful in assisting us with anything and everything. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and restocked with new pjs, sandals, water, shampoo, etc- all VERY convenient. I am only knocking down 1 star due to the extra firm mattress that left my mom and I (25yrs old w/ no history of back pain) with pretty bad lower back pain each morning.

It’s great that they do have rooms to accommodate 4 adults which is rare. However these rooms wouldn’t have space for luggage opening areas. Not recommended if travelling with a few luggages.

Most likely won’t be booking near this area the next time I visit Japan. Can’t believe how many ambulances go through this area day and night. Hotels in Tokyo is way too small for couples. We had no space to even put our luggage’s. This hotel was just okay like average.

신주쿠-오쿠보 코리안타운 식당 카페 편의점 맥도날드에서 가까워 좋았고, 교통도 지하철역이 바로 옆이라 편했어요. 방이 좁고, 화장실이 작은 것은 아주 소소한 단점이었지만, 직원분들이 친절해서 상쇄됩니다. 무엇보다 체크아웃 후 귀국비행시간까지 짐을 무료로 맡아주셔서 마지막날까지 좋았네요. 감사했습니다!

Very nice staff, perfect English service. railway station right next to the front door. At least 3 convenient store nearby. I also found 4-5 restaurants open overnight in 3 minutes walking distance. Love the hotel!

The hotel was right next to the subway station which was super convenient for getting around the city quickly. The room was adequate considering space is at a premium in Tokyo so most of the hotel rooms were small. The only con was that they wouldn't let us run the AC and for some reason the windows in our room didn't open unless we had someone come up and use a special key to open them so we had to ask them everyday to come open them because they would close them when they cleaned the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful and they kept our luggage on check out day because I flight didn't leave until late afternoon. Overall, it was a good choice for 3 adults traveling together. I would stay here again.
