“Dryer did not dry any of our items. Load was 5 tshirts and undergarments. Black mold behind our toilet in both rooms.”

“Stayed for one night. The hotel is spacious, clean, quiet and very conveniently located at Redmond Town Centre. The hotel looks and feels modern. I loved that the room had two king beds which is quite rare.”

“Well, for some reason, it wouldn’t take my credit card at the desk, although I had used it all day… The pool was broken which I was looking forward to so we had to go to the pool next-door in freezing weather and the refrigerator in my room was shut off, so it wasn’t cold. It wasn’t ready to be used and they had shut it off because when it came on, it vibrated so loudly that it woke you up and for me it’s a little attention to detail.”

“We had just a one night stay in a suite with our 3 cats and son. It was a nice room with plenty of space and facilities. Breakfast was pretty good too. Staff were welcoming. ”

“Front desk clerk was very nice. The issue I had was that there were no bath towels in the room, and I didn’t realize it until 4:00am when I had to shower.”

“Miss booked for the wrong week, via app and showed up a week early. Books on site still stayed, for the same days. Management was supper hard next to impossible to get too. Expedia was willing to refund but hotel never answered to issie a refund”

“Hotel was fine but they charge 38 dollars to park your car or 60 for vallet which is ridiculous and i didnt see that disclosed before booking. Hotel is on the eastside not in downtown Seattle so charging for parking is ridiculous and street parking isnt possible due to the towncenter strict overnight parking rules.”
