“The room was very large. I asked for a king bed and got two Queen beds. We had to get up at 3 am. There was no hot water at that time. My husband had hot water at 4 am. There should be 24 hour hot water. They had 24 hour shuttle service and the driver helped us with our luggage. The staff was helpful and said they would report the water issue. ”

“The hotel is not in the best area. It is clean and very nice inside. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was very expensive and slow. They had one young man working who was nice but overwhelmed. We did not eat there the second day. ”

“Everything is clean, fresh, and looks great at this hotel! I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is friendly and the hotel does a great job to make sure everything is clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you are visiting the other surrounding cities in the Bay Area. Its close to the freeway and has a lot of restaurants nearby to eat at.”

“Room was cleaned . Carpet with stains. Ice machine on my floor was broken. Daily breakfast with same items. Staff are professional. Location is ok. No public transportation. Gas stations within 2 miles. Starbucks within walking distance. Pub within a mile walk. ”
