The breakfast was good a lot of options and the dessert was amazing had the apple cobbler with ice cream. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again. Wish we could have met sue. “I was actually impressed with how much it had been updated since my husband and I were there for our honeymoon back in 2012. It was very reasonable priced and the rooms were very, very nice and comfortable. Kind of feeling when you get high and it’s just comfortable it like that.”

“The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability.”
