“The tub was dirty in the room. Had to use a service elevator and that was scary and awkward. The front desk guy lack customer service and communication skills. The maintenance staff was very friendly and helpful. I won’t return there just because the main person I dealt with gave me attitude as if he doesn’t want to be there or help people.”

“Pros: Staff was friendly and helped with problems that arose. Cons: constant dog barking, people yelling and fighting banging on walls and floors, weed clouds everywhere (not everyone wants to be forced to inhale that all day everyday) ”

“The pool was out of order. No breakfast. Room was dirty and smelled really bad. Only had very small pillows. No comforters, just a small brown wool blanket and a cover sheet. The guy working the counter tried to give me a room with only 1 bed when i had paid for 2 beds. Will never go back to this place. The pictures online do not match this place. It's dark and smelly. ”

“I found my stay to be a tale of two different stories. The room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny. There were stains on the walls and a pillowcase. The bed was comfortable. The elevator didn't work. The courtyard was very nice and the breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. Overall we were satisfied with our stay, but perplexed that some things were so nice and others not up to par.”

“It was a basic hotel, nothing fancy. It was fairly clean. The beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but what was there was good. ”

“To start off the staffs were very nice, and friendly. My complaint- door was broken, when we first used the key it worked but then it stopped working and the workers couldnt fix it until the next day when we left for a little bit. Very inconventient because we had to keep bothering them to manually open our door. And it wasn't just one room, both room door did that. They were able to fix one door but not the one I was staying at. Place states breakfast but no breakfast available. Unless you feel...

“Felt unsafe, pool was closed, and woke up with a terrible respiratory reaction in the morning. We didn’t shower or eat, just wanted to get out asap after sleeping.”
