“Everything was great. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing was the room was not serviced afternoon first night. I asked fir it to be done...but the ball got dropped. No biggie...I just wanted clean towels, which they gave me when I asked for them.”

“$375/night was highway robbery for this room and hotel. We were placed in a 1st floor room in the far wing. The entire wing wreaked of weed for 2 days. The rooms had just undergone renovation, but were already beat and dirty. Wall paper pealing, shower area dirty, carpet freyed and dirty. The shower diverter leaked all night and would not shut off. The glass was broken in near the doorway entrance and had been for some time. They just leaned it back up with not attempt to fix it. The overall...

“The staff were super helpful in so many ways, especially Perla who was very attentive to our needs and helped accommodate our family even when I messed up a small part of the reservation. The property was clean and super convenient right off the highway. Breakfast was decent and the coffee better than expected. The only thing I wish is if the fitness center was a little bigger and better equipped (some of the main equipment was out of order also). Overall very good stay. ”

“The breakfast served the same products all four days we were there. Also there were no milk or yogurt alternatives for dairy free guests. The bananas were not ripe. Another issue was that the cleaner was moping the floor with a pungent smelling cleaner the whole time we were eating which was just nasty.”

“The property is nice, it’s easy to find and is at a central location. In terms of amenities, there is not a lot, but they do have a coffee machine. The staff is lackluster. They really need to work on their customer service. A simple hello would be nice because it almost seems like you’re inconveniencing them by walking into the building.
