“My first room smelled moldy. The staff provided me with another room very quickly, but the second room wasn’t much better. Smelled almost like a dog was in there. The carpet did not look clean. This hotel needs to be updated.”

“Stuff was not very welcoming when checking in and when checking out they didn’t bother to even ask how was everything. The refrigerator in the room was dirty so we complained and the promised to send someone to clean it but it never happened. The hall outside our room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no smoking building.”

“I only stayed for one night while attending a meeting, and for that purpose, the hotel was exactly what I needed. It was clean, practical, and conveniently located near my meeting. The continental breakfast was fairly standard — pretty much what you would expect from a typical business hotel. They also offer ample free parking, which is definitely a plus if you’re driving through Long Island.”

“Actually, we had a terrible time as the shower was not working properly for two full days. First, we had only hot to extremely hot and got burned. Then after plumber attempted to fix the 3rd day, we had no water and had to call him back. It was finally fixed but it was extremely disappointing. Additionally, one of the reasons and prerequisite I booked at your hotel was to use the indoor pool which was not available the whole weekend/time of our stay. I dont think I will return and would like to...
