Hi there, we are disappointed and shocked to hear your experience as we were extremely overwhelmed with the condition you left our condo in. It was completely vandalized and full of trash. Due to your booking error we are confused in regards to granting refund, especially in the condition the condo was left in, we would typically be charging your security deposit. When cleaners got to the unit, the toilet was jammed with no attempt to fix. No mention of a jammed toilet was ever mentioned to the property. It was honestly a nightmare as a host to see the condition of the place. Took extra cleaners and plumber to fix issues and there was zero communication from guest in this regard. Many photos have been taken of damages. Disappointed.

We have coordinated with cleaning services to ensure the bedding arrangement is suitable for all guest arrivals without any reasonable doubt sheets and linens are professionally laundered, which is incurred in the cleaning fee as a protocol standard we strive by. We have upgraded our units since your stay and are now all equipped with tea and coffee makers. There is a guest self check-in option upon arrivals arriving after 4pm as you arrived 6-7pm which in your case the unit was specifically left with instructions for you to acquire access. We also have added a guide map for guests to limit confusion with access to the location and how to proceed upon arrival.We advertise our unit as a short term rental and ensure it is not listed as a hotel nor named a hotel to avoid misleading guests.
