“Luxury in the heart of the Jakarta financial district. You will feel you are in your own condo more than a hotel. Rooms are large, comfortable and quiet. The property is conveniently located with sweeping views. Plenty of restaurants in the building as well as in the surrounding neighborhood. The staff is very helpful and attentive, especially Venney at the concierge who assisted us on our departure. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Jakarta”

“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel.
Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”

“Excellent location with large rooms that can accommodate families! Loved the 3 bedroom apartment that had a separate helper’s room. Breakfast was great with a semi buffet approach, staff were helpful especially the concierge team who were very helpful with coordinating deliveries for us. The rooms were comfortable with great beds and pillows. The only downside was the age of the rooms and the lack of usb charging ports, definitely something for management to consider installing. ”
