Rummet vi skulle ha var riktigt charmigt och mysigt, men det bästa var hur snabbt och proffsigt personalen löste situationen – vi blev till och med uppgraderade till deras fantastiska svit i den nya byggnaden!

“The location is great cute little shops in the area, also on street parking is not hard to find. Walkable and rooms are clean and good size. The staff is wonderful, they were very accomodative and excellent service. Highly recommended would be back if I’m in Hamburg again, also this location is even better than the location they have in Hamburg downtown although is on the outskirts. ”

"Struttura molto vicina alla fermata metro BerlinerTor che però al momento della scrittura della recensione risulta in rifacimento e l’accesso è consentito solo con l’uso di scale in legno molto ripide che rendono impossibile il trasporto di valige pesanti o l’accesso a persone con disabilità. "This is a hotel on the external highway ring of Hamburg so convenient if you need to stop on your way to other locations.
It’s quite old and without air conditioning, which at a the time of our stay in August was an issue. We had to keep the window open so we heard all the noises from the highway. We also used a very old-fashioned ventilator - which did not help much.
Breakfast is average. Parking slot has a fee."
