Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation includes :
- A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, armchairs and TV.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, drying rack.

Outside:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, secured by a fence and open from 1 July to 15 September.
- An 18 m² east-facing covered terrace with sitting area and dining area.

The flat is ideally located in Tournefeuille, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
