“We have stayed her before and the stay was nice. But it seems this hotel has been taken over by a new owner and have let things slide. I called the day of check-in to see what the latest we could check-in. He could not answer my question. We got to the hotel. The same person was at the front desk and tried to explain the issue with the A/C. It did not work. We still couldn't figure it out when we got to the room. The hallway had a bad odor. “The kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. The AC did not keep my room cool. The wasn't clean the floors felt gritty even with my shoes on. The floors felt like you were walking on sand.,”

“Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...
