“Omg…in suite 101 the exterior door starts slamming at 5 am, until 10 am. The dumpster comes for an hour shortly thereafter…no sleep for either of us. It was the worst hotel experience of my 65 years on this earth. Oh and breakfast was aweful.”

“Staff at Front Desk great , omelette guy and assistant pretty darn awesome and cleaning staff good. Breakfast was missing good fresh fruit, not frozen.”

“Our room was not cleaned the last day we were there, 7/11/26. The bed wasn’t made. The trash cans weren’t emptied. We had no clean towels. My husband had to go to the front desk to get us fresh towels. Also, that morning there was hardly any breakfast left.”

“Worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Pool wasn’t functioning, grill was broken, bathroom doors were broken, tvs didn’t work. My family was put out of the hotel for complaining about issues. Very unprofessional staff. Manager very disrespectful and took his power to another level. Wouldn’t stay here again even if the room was free!”

“Nice hotel, great area, close to the highway. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean no issues there. Overall, comfortable stay.”

“Great hotel, but room was always hot, AC wouldn’t go under 75 no matter what I tried. Great part of town though with restaurants very close by.”

“The only thing to share is if you have a dog, there are stones all around the property. Unless your dog is comfortable walking on stones, you have to walk down a busy road (there's sidewalks) to find a small area that has grass. Other than that, it was great!!”

“I don’t want to come across as I am bashing the business. Please just know this is an extended stay hotel. Police presence was there 3 of the 6 days I was there. I cleaned the room myself before even unpacking. Roaches were spotted in my room on multiple occasions. No extra tissue or towels are provided, so if you run out you must supply your self with more. The price makes sense for the quality. Just because it’s Kennesaw doesn’t make it the best location.”

“Room was very dirty. Carpet had lots of stains as well as vomit stains on the chair. Room had a bad smell. Air conditioning leaked onto carpet making it wet in front . Interior needs a complete refresh. Housekeeping never cleaned the room while we were out as well”

“Entrance to hotel initially harledd to see so had to make a u-turn back to driveway. Pictures on website indicated a sofa for the suite, but my room only had a chair. Once settled in, found out the TV did not work, and did not want to change rooms.”

“As a New Yorker, I am not used to paying to park in a hotel parking lot after paying so much for a room. I am also used to staying at hotels that have free breakfast. I thought $16.95 was a bit much. But next time, I'll pick my hotel better. Other than that, the hotel was clean and convenient to so many amenities.”
