“The room was very big in size and also very clean. AC and Heat both worked well and water pressure was nice. Breakfast was good, as expected in this category of properties. Easy commute to SU. Would recommend. ”

“They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.”

“AC wasn’t functioning in room 223 and I very much suspect they knew that when we moved in.”

“Keeping in mind this is a budget option, we were not disappointed. Pillows could be better. That’s my only complaint. No bells and whistles but that’s what you’re paying for. Tv and wifi worked very well. Gentleman at desk was a man of very few words.”

“The room was not clean, the night light next to the bed was covered with dust. The night stand was sticky. There was a questionable stain underneath the bathroom stink. The carpets were stained and dirty looking. The pool was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful.”

“Fridge was broken and smelled. "I was here" was written on the wall in black marker. Screens were broken, tub sink dripped all night and the room smelled like mold. Staff was kind but the building and grounds were terrible.”

“Booked no-smoke room, but when I entered I smell a strong smoke. Asked the front desk to change a room but got refused. The bathtub is also pretty dirty! ”
