“Truly well run hotel with consistently sincere and professional staff in all areas. This is our second visit. Kristy at the front desk was most kind and efficient. The same is true of Nicole. All the front desk folks handle rushes of work without any evident loss of quality. The breakfast crew (we met Miss Sonia, Betty and Michelle this time) are hard working and friendly. The housekeeping and maintenance crews are similarly meticulous and most effective.”

“Le camere sono dei veri e propri mini appartamenti: soggiorno con angolo cottura, completo di stoviglie, camera da letto spaziosa, bagno e anti bagno. Vicino a Destiny USA (centro commerciale bellissimo) a Syracuse downtown, al lago Onondaga”

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”
