“Perfect place to stay if you are going to a game. T-Mobile, Lumen Field & the waterfront are all within walking distance. Our room was clean & comfortable. All the furnishing were new & the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Finally, the staff were all awesome - excellent service. We will definitely return to the Populus.”

“This new hotel is gorgeous and spotless. It’s an easy and safe 4 minute walk from the Amtrak station and a short walk to the waterfront/ferry terminal and Pikes Place, so it was fun to explore the area on foot. Public transportation was very nice and close by. The walk to the international district was a bit dodgy. I didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant but enjoyed the rooftop bar (nice vibe & view). I found awesome dining options close by.
Room cost was higher than what I usually pay, but...

“Got there early and they found an available room. This alone gets the 5 stars. However, the location is near a variety of different tourist attractions. Pikes place, the Space needle. And it was walking distance from the train station. Also the el from the airport runs right by it. It’s a no frills hotel. Clean room, great location, friendly staff,…and cheap. ”
