“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“Paid 200 bucks for room with jetted tub and it did not work. Long hair was on counter clearly not mine.dead bug in the regular tub room definitely wasnt properly cleaned ”

“It was terrible. the parking lot was full of pot holes, the staff was unfriendly and rude, and the room was horrendous. i had to go get a new hotel somewhere else. there were dead bugs everywhere, and what i assumed to be black mold on some of the outlet covers. the bath tub/shower area was nasty, and i felt as if i couldn’t go barefoot in my own hotel room. i even found mouse poop right in the middle of the room, not even hidden from the cleaners or anything. “The property was very clean and had great amenities. It's in a great location close to many restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to place to stay when visiting San Antonio.”
