A única questão que pontuo é que esta localizado há alguns quilometros do centro da cidade de pucon e ainda numa reunião mais alta, não é possível ir a pé. ”

“I’ve stayed here several times and I was most impressed this last time. Winter is still a great time to stay here. The spa is great with indoor pool and sauna. Very tasteful upgrades done to the entire hotel and the breakfast buffet was superb.
Being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurant is why I come back. The staff seems way better than years ago. Professional and kind”

“The hotel is a few blocks from downtown. We had the luck of checking the room before booking, and so discovered the small room is really small. We paid extra for a room with balcony which was very nice (and normal size!). No elevator. Parking around the street.”

“This hotel is quirky in the sense that it pays homage to its design and style which was very avant garde in the 1960s. It is not ultra modern and could seem a little tired but actually feels extremely gracious. We loved it! The ambience is wonderful; the setting is spectacular and the staff attentive without being fussy. ”

“This place is beautiful! We weren't sure what to do when we arrived at the front gate, but someone came out to let us in and get us all checked in. Our cabin was absolutely gorgeous, complete with a wood stove, Chilean toaster :), and a back deck with a view of the lake. There was a stairway down to the shoreline from the deck. Everything about this place is beautiful and so peaceful. Our only complaint would be that there is not a lot to eat close by. But our cabin had a fridge and gas stove,...

Quarto limpo, espaçoso, cama confortável, equipe de atendentes super simpática. Excelente opção de hospedagem em Pucón.”

When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room.
She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host.
The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient.

Fanns även nescafe och enklare kök att tillgå med kyl/frys, kökstillbehör och micro. Rummen var något små men annars ingenting att klaga på. Rekommenderar varmt detta stället. ”
