“Property corridors have a smell that needs immediate attention. People could be heard talking outside the room all night.”

“The room I stayed in was bare minimum. We had nothing in it besides beds and 1 desk chair. I had hoped to have a coffee pot or microwave or mini fridge. We had to go buy a cooler to put drinks in. The only upside was we saw no bugs of any kind. The bed spreads had burn marks on underside. So at first I thought it was a bug. The room was disappointing to say the least. I found out towards the end of our stay that there is an elevator and we didn’t have to climb and lug suitcases up three flights...

“Friendly and accommodating staff.. Both at checkin and housekeeping. Ellen was great! Was pleasantly surprised how clean, spacious, quiet, and well lit my room was. Bathroom included. Was nice to have a tub, plenty of towels and amenities. Fridge and microwave very handy, as well as a large, reasonably priced snack and dtink selection at fd. And an A/C that worked w/o keeping you up all night.”

“After some initial oddities, Roxie at the front desk addressed them quickly with good customer service. The pancake machine at breakfast was a nice change from the typical waffle machine.”

“Hampton is a go to for my family but this location underachieved. Construction made place untidy and coffee bar was not fully stocked. Not up to Hampton's usual standards.”

“Where are a family of five and feel comfortably into the queen suite. The room was clean and the night staff was especially helpful. My family and I enjoyed the workout room as well as the pool and had a great time! Breakfast was really good too! Glad I stayed at this location :-) would definitely return.”
