“The triple room we booked was big and very cute. I loved it but our toilet was plugged on arrival. They did not have a plunger so we had to move rooms up a flight of stairs to two double rooms. I had asked at booking which floor the triple room was on as I wanted a main floor but now we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs, and our group was separated.
