“Thai is a new hotel in excellent condition. There is air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Bear Lake (Medve-to). The indoor spa is tastefully decorated and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Clean, efficient and friendly. The only issue it has 2 elevators for 6 floors or 7 floors. Tip: stay at 3rd floor so you can get good views AND walk up the steps as needed. Pools might need some refreshing and maybe to be made bigger. Otherwise a good stay.”

“Deluxe suite was absolutely huge. Family of 4 had more space then we knew what to do with. Everything was super clean. There was a gala on one evening we were there and the staff said to let them know if it was disturbing us but honestly we could hardly hear it as the rooms were very well sound proofed. The only 2 small criticisms was that The bed was way too hard for my liking - but that is personal preference and that the hot water took ages to come through so a lot of water was wasted...

“My room was a suite with two small balconies as on the corner and it was very nice, modern and clean, reception staff friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a nice location, not in the centre of the very old town but only a pleasant short walk up to the centre citadel so I felt it was ideal. Highly recommend staying here. ”
