“The room was perfect! Clean and comfortable ”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Breakfast was ok! Everthing else needs alot of work! We had reservations for two days, but cancelled the second day and went elsewhere! Parking was no problem, i don't think there were many there!”

“We had a great experience staying here. Our last minute reservation went smoothly from start to finish, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only small suggestion would be to offer a few more breakfast options, but everything available was good. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.”

“We had a lovely stay. It may be next to the river but that’s right next to the main road through Gatlinburg. The room was generally clean and had been freshly painted in parts, but it still had an aging feel to it. Convenient for doentown and the Smoky Mountains park. ”

“This was a beautiful property. Breakfast was delicious each day. My only issue is the location of breakfast if you are in the back building. You have to drive around and the parking is very minimal. The walk isn’t too horrible but with handicap elderly parents it was just very hard. A little bridge over the stream would be perfect. But this wouldn’t stop my from coming again. The perks outweighed this little inconvenience. ”
