“To compare with Great Wolf Lodge: this waterpark seemed to have more options as for slides, pools and areas to find a lounger/seat. Outdoors section is amazing for smaller kids and parents to relax. Indoors are still quite loud, but it’s expected with the water park. The lifeguards are amazing, we had to treat the scratch - and the first aid lady was so kind, knew how to deal with crying kid. Personally, I prefer this resort - all was great, only thing - beds were uncomfortable; and pillows...

“I was excited to stay at this location again due to the location and cleanliness of last time I stayed. This time I checked in late dropped off our stuff. Room smelled wet and didn’t think much as we were trying to enjoy the day since we were just passing by. We returned late and turn ac off since it got chilly to only smell and overwhelming smell of urine and figured it was the loose toilet only to pin point the smell to be between the 2 queen beds this was at about close to midnight and way...

“Walkable to Anakeesta so you avoid the $20 parking. I went to Anakeesta when it opened to do the mountain coasters and zipline. Then down the mountain for a break at the inn in the afternoon. Back to Anakeesta for the Astra Lumina in the evening. The room was clean. The balcony with the creek below was great.”

“The owner's wife checked us in and we were told that we owed a certain amount of money before we could check in. When I asked again how much we owed she said she didn't know because she couldn't see that as we booked through a third party. She also told us that they keep a copy of our credit card just in case " you were to steal my hair dryer or my pillow cases, or my coffee pot". Never had this experience there before, but I don't think I will be staying there again.”
