“They did not offer breakfast either morning of stay”

“The lady at the front desk during daylights was very nice and helpful, but the room was NOT clean the floor had a layer of dust and the sheets were stained up. The flooring was splitting in several places that was just filled with dirt and grime. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable. Also don’t let the site fool you there is no breakfast, the un helpful late shift guy said “they are un licensed to serve breakfast”. Over all it was a very unpleasant experience, will not be staying there...

“TV didn’t work at first, probably remote, that was replaced but a broke TV was left in room, not very professional.”

“Stayed two nights. No one is on duty during stay, did not clean room or towels”

“Carefull with your credit card they still charging things afther your checkout”

“I will always stay at this hotel by far the best. Staff has been a 10/10”

“My room had no shower curtain. Didn’t notice until i needed to shower. Just made do without.”

“I specifically reserved this hotel for their pool and hot tub and when I arrived the hot tub was closed for cleaning and staff couldn’t say when it would reopen. Bummed I couldn’t use the hot tub.”

“Beds were very comfortable, love that they have Dove products, breakfast was a good variety.”
