“Spotless. Comfortable bed and very pleasant room. The staff on reception were outstanding, especially the one lady who chatted to the six of us in the bar. She was lovely. The barman gave us good tips as well. Would stay here again as good position to stroll around town and visit the city library. ”

“Great hotel good location, fair bit of traffic noise, suprised at the number of boy/girl racers in the area. 2 min walk to Greggs.”

“We stayed here in January 2025 and it was looking very tired. The updates are fabulous and it so much nicer. Great location. It sits right in the middle of the moors and Ilkley, with about a 10 minute walk to both or a 2 minute drive. On a hill though? ”

“Posizione centralissima! 10 min walk da bus station. La fortuna vuole che mi hanno assegnato una camera quadrupla pur essendo solo!! In un palazzo antico che io adoro. Piccole pecche dovute all’antichità della struttura ma nulla di che se non siete col …sangue blu. Nel prezzo anche la colazione continentale! Sicuramente ci torneró! Cortesia, gentilezza e servizio ottimo. Complimenti”
