“It's a well organised hotel, though the concept is more of a motel. I think the photos show a different picture. I was expecting something better. But it was ok for a one night.”

“The only problem was that it was not made clear in the information given to us at the time of booking that the airport shuttle did not come regularly to the airport as did the other hotel shuttles. After waiting at the airport for about an hour for the shuttle to come, and watching other hotels' shuttles come and go, we found out that you have to call for the shuttle to come and get you. Nowhere in the paperwork I had did it state that you had to call. However, once called the shuttle did come...

“Room was large, clean and had all the required necessities needed for our stay. A quick overnight stay so did not use all the facilities offered. Staff was very nice.”

“We stayed in a club room and I had upgraded to get the family suite so we would have more room and I paid an extra $70 plus tax, so $100 Canadian. I have to say I was disappointed. the room was a bit dirty, there were crumbs on the floor and there was absolutely no body wash or shampoo left in the dispensers in the shower. For that price point it was unacceptable. The club room was nice and I was impressed with the breakfast, especially the beautiful fresh blueberries, and strawberries that...
