“Front desk staff was RUDE (except for our checkout gentleman). The guy who sits in the corner during the week, almost never made eye contact with anyone. We were not permitted to check in 20 minutes early, so don't expect that. The lady who checked us in at 3:05, was determined to finish pouring her juice into her sippy cup before she would acknowledge me. She was slow and gave off a rude vibe. “The room was clean, the staff was friendly, always ready to assist. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a variety of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot options.”

“My family and I tried to stay last night. It was awful on many levels! Safety wise the smoke detector was disconnected placed on the table. The hall ways smelt of smoked weed. The bathtub was so dirty my daughter refused to even stand in it. We left bye 3:45 am as no one could sleep. The room next to ours there was a couple fighting loudly. ”
