“Room was clean and staff was very welcoming with great communication. ”

“Staff were excellent. Room was comfortable. Pool was clean not overly crowded.Bars were staffed and well stocked. Hotel restaurants were good. Limited selections but tasty. Grounds were secure and well lit. Only negative was the daily shortage of fresh bath towels and wash clothes for the room.”

“Very close to mais street and in front of best mobay beach. Very good a la cart breakfest , You can chose between american or jamaican.. i will return for sure”

“I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they clean up the property.”

“The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . ”

“Stay here if you want a quick getaway. Stay here if you need to fly in a day or 2 early due to airline prices. Stay here if your flight is canceled and you need to crash. This spot is very cozy and feels like "nanas house". Ms. Shirley was so sweet and took very good care of us. Her grandson does it all on the property. He is an exceptional waiter. They have a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu reasonably priced. All of our meals were delicious. Until next time.”
