Hotel vicino a Troy Historic Village - Detroit

“Beautiful property”

“the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! We mentioned the issue and he said I’m sorry you guys have a good day!!! I was not sure...

“Room was great size for our family of 4. Pleasantly surprised by the full fridge, microwave, dishes and dishwasher available to us within the room. And the laundry facility (separate fee) was a true life saver. I would definitely recommend this to everyone”

“Everything was great!”

“They Clean only once every 14 days. Won’t have anyone change your sheets if/when it’s needed you have to take them to the front office to change them out or wash them yourself. The ones on the bed smelled upon arrival and so did the room. Wasn’t sure what to expect and definitely won’t stay again.”

“Considering this is a budget motel, the room was relatively clean. The grounds were a mess. Not much in terms of restaurants or food options in the area. There were a couple shelves of snacks and food for sale in the lobby, but no utensils or can openers on the premises. I heated up water for the instant noodles in the coffee pot and had food poisoning the next day. The person at the desk was understanding and as helpful as she could be, but there was nothing she could do.”

“Staff very friendly. Heads up about parking fee would have been nice, instead of charging customers to park why don’t you include that in your over all cost per night, that was the only disappointment and next time I’m in Troy I will find a motel with no parking fee”

“Odd configuration- the elevator was in the back of the property. Room was as expected. Happy that the air conditioner was not pointed directly at the bed.”
