“The room was okay, very dark lighting, and very small window so you could hardly see anything. We found quite a lot of short hair on the bathroom floor. So it was not sparkling clean. We truly did not like the communal soap and shampoo dispensers by the sink and in the shower. That is extremely against any sterile rules. Post Covid and other viruses, no thanks! Even without Covid, how many hands that touched people's private parts and then the dispenser, that's a no no! Distasteful and not...

“The staff was very friendly and helpful anytime I needed help/had a question. If it were just down to that alone, it’s be 5 stars. I had an OKAY stay… the elevator needed a good vacuum/sweeping. “There was mold all over my toilet seat. The laundry facilities were hard for me to get to as I am injured and wearing a walking boot. I cannot walk that far therefore I could not wash my clothes at the facility.”
