“Great stay! Comfortable, clean, and we could afford it.”

“Not only are the rooms consistently moldy, which will affect anyone’s help, especially if you have asthma… You may find the bathrooms, barely cleaned or mold and mildew around the tub and then if you need help, then you need to move to a different room you’ll be treated badly by people like RUBY and I even lost a full night stay after the night guy said I could move to a clean room and then Ruby said I could move and then she freaked out on me when I came back to move and was verbal and attacked...

“Parking was fine and very close to Baylor. When we got to the room, the sheets were stained. Headed to the bathroom and only had two towels and one washcloth even though we indicated 4 people would be staying in that room. Our other room had no shower curtain and when we called for one the staff handed us the curtain and walked away expecting us to hang it ourselves. ”

“Other than the room got extremely hot during the night and very noisy guests in the room above, the property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard sausage patties, scrambled eggs, yogurt, bread varieties, and cereal normally found at this level of hotel.”

“Staff was okay, had an issue with parking and a tow truck taking up 6 parking spots with a full parking lot. Brought it to the front desks attention and was told to find other parking. Rooms were okay need a little updating.”
