“What hot tub?? Breakfast wasn't that good - no eggs, potatoes, or sausage, oranges were the only fruit, apple flavor was the only juice. Furnishings in room were terrible, bed very uncomfortable which made loud creaking noises at slightest movement. Toilet plumbing was in bad shape, slippery bathtub bottom - had to be very careful to avoid falling, wood panels on floor were coming up and had to be careful walking, very few towels/wash cloths, coffee not provided after breakfast hours, no hair...

“Something “went wrong” couldn’t say what and they didn’t have a room for us. Called us around 4pm the day we were to check in and told us we didn’t have a room. ”

“Front desk person came up half an hour after checking in, to say my kids (2 year old and 4 year old) are making too much noise by running around. Main office was right below our suite. I replied if the front door neighbor or next door neighbor complains, you lmk and I will take care of my kids. But you complaining while in the main office below us, Idc. I paid for the deluxe suite to stay with my family, not to hear that it’s a problem if little children “are making too much noise” because...
