The room was clean and tv and wifi were very good. The continental breakfast was good with bagels and coffee as well as hot cereals and fruit. On the negative side, the room was very cold/unheated when we arrived. We turned on the heat and it was finally comfortable by morning. One bed was very noisy ...

I always enjoy my stay there. But the problem is I haven’t received my refund and I can’t find a phone number to call because they were supposed to refund one night for me that I paid for in advance.
