“Great, central location. Bright, spacious room with comfortable beds. Helpful, friendly staff.”

“Stayed1 night. Was provided with a room upgrade and it was clean. Hotel is dated but was ok for hockey tournament. Staff was friendly; didn’t deal with them much. Breakfast was ok but probably not for a picky eater. Free parking on site which was great.”

“The hotel is very unique in design. Loved the happy hour and getting to know other guests. Breakfast every morning was a bonus. We had two issues while we were there. Our coffee machine didn’t work the first morning but was replaced. Our tv didn’t stream the hockey game so had to watch Montreal win on an iPad. Would definitely stay again!”

“The bathroom could have been bigger with more vanity space. There is a lot of wasted space outside the washroom….it could have been extended. ”

“From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for. Each day there is a special event like tea and cookies in the evening or something equally enchanting. We would highly...
