Ingresso recintato al tuo posto di parcheggio privato e inserire uno spazio elegantemente arredato e istituito per ogni occasione, grande schermo a parete a schermo piatto smart TV con Netflix gratuito. Grande divano componibile che può essere trasformato in zona notte aggiuntiva. Accesso alla piscina dopo il 1 ° maggio (l'inverno e la primavera sono chiusi). La maggior parte dei servizi inclusi! Facile accesso dall'autostrada, vicino a Downtown, U of A, Tucson Mall, centro commerciale La Encantada e molti altri luoghi !!

Visit with Son
We had to travel to Tucson for a visit with my husband's son, I needed a space where I could work from home and plug in directly to the modem. Our hosts were very good at keeping in communication and letting me know I could indeed work from the unit comfortably and quietly. The location was great and as we had an issue with reserving the correct dates our hosts did their best to assist and accommodate us accordingly. We will definitely stay here again in the future and will recommend this place to others we know traveling to Tucson.

It was just fine for the money.
Overall, the experience was fine. The check in/out process was smooth. The neighborhood is as described in the other review...close to a lot of attractions but there was a fair share of people who didn't seem to have homes in the area. The furniture was a bit wobbly/creaky (mattress, coffee table and one of the kitchen tables). The biggest drawback was the "sleeps four". There was a blow up mattress and a couch but the blankets/sheets were not enough for four people. Overall, I wanted a cheap place to stay as a home base and I found it.

Disappointed
Two adults, two kids. Upon arrival, which was in the evening, noticed no blankets for air mattress. Only 3 bath towels and 2 washcloths. No vacuum or broom in case we did need to clean up a mess. The pool was not open on weekdays-VERY DISAPPOINTED! Owner should be up to date on the associations rules.

Disappointed in Tucson
My wife and I were disappointed with our accommodations in Tucson to the point that we left 8 days early. I will list several issues: The condo was not clean- there had been a cursory dusting but there was dust evident in the bedroom, the floor and baseboards in the bath were not clean and the carpet in the dining room was very much in need of shampooing. We found that the condo was short of supplies that we have grown accustomed to such as paper towels and toilet paper(ran out the first day), dishwasher soap. There were no chairs to sit outdoors and the patio area was not clean.po There were no wine glasses and a pretty limited supply of dishes. There was no condo information book. TV reception was inadequate due to a poor antenna arrangement. The area itself was in what I would consider a run down area of Tucson. We looked again at the reviews and most of them did not match our impression of this property. I did contact the owner by e mail with this list of concerns. She did reply quickly but her solution was to send a cleaning crew. By this time my wife and I had decided to return home. We left March 18 th.

Worn and in need of serious cleaning, updating of carpets, and tiles - especially in the tub.
We stayed in this property 3 weeks, and we are not usually overly fussy folks. Things we really liked: 1. Owners very responsive to questions and needs, even when they were traveling themselves. 2. Location - very close to the university, downtown, freeway, etc. Disappointments: 1. Location! When golfing my husband repeatedly heard, “That’s a very bad part of town.” And it was. Homeless climed the fence to sleep in laundry room. Not an area you wanted to walk or bike in! 2. Cleanliness of the unit. We wiped fridge handle and switch plates, before using them. My husband wiped the bathroom baseboard when he couldn’t stand looking at any longer. 3. Lack of supplies. Only one 3 qt pot with lid, 3 fry pans without lids, for example. It was more like an extended stay motel with bare minimum. We purchased and left inexpensive - measuring spoons & cups, cookie sheet, clothes basket, plastic storage bowls, flower vase, dish rags. We had dish dowels for picnics and they were a nice addition to the one available there. We brought home the lightbulbs we bought to replace dim ones, and cleaning supplies. If you are planning an extended stay and plan to cook meals as we did, being everything you will need.

Needs a little TLC
We are careful to read reviews of properties before we rent them and so I am writing this review with some care. The property was located in a quiet, gated condo complex and was walking distance to a good Mexican Restaurant. It was easy to get around from the complex, but you definitely need a car or Lyft to get to and from restaurants if you don't want to drive. The bed was quite comfortable. The owner was responsive when we had a request which was nice. Perhaps it was just because it was before the holidays but the condo wasn't as clean as I had expected. Mostly it was just small details - but a good deep clean wouldn't go amiss. The kitchen does have the basics but you need to bring everything that you might need - coffee filters, cork screw and wine glasses if you want them. I know it is difficult to keep things in a short term rental and the idea is that renters supply everything for themselves so this wasn't an issue. A couple of extra things that the owner may, or may not, want to consider - a reading light in the living area would be great and also a sheet of information about the area would have been really helpful to us. We were in Tucson to explore the outdoors and the condo was located in a good place to do this.

Extremely comfortable and clean in a convenient location
We were wowed with the attention to detail and comfort of the guests that went into furnishing this apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet, so we slept great! The location was convenient to the area near the university, Oro Valley, or downtown without being in the midst of it all. We would definitely hope/plan to stay here again.

Very nice one bedroom apartment
We are a retired couple who have been hiking around the Southwest checking out places we may want to return to. We stayed at this property for a week. The apartment is immaculate and everything is high end. The owners are really on top of everything. There’s was a small issue with the shower that really didn’t affect our stay but we reported it so they could fix it and Gaby was extremely friendly and they got on it the next day. Definitely recommend staying here
