There are only 4 handicap parking spots therefore, we had to park in the rear of the hotel and walk to the front of the bldg. Very noisy area, had a hard time sleeping due to outside traffic noise. Laundry facilities were terrible. Went to use washer and found human feces in the washer. We had a couple other issues and approached the front desk clerk and he didn't seem to care just told us he didn't work the night before, so we decided to go above him and contact the general manager. The general manager seemed upset with us and hung up when told about the washer conditions. A piece of furniture was removed from our room while we were gone. We were told housekeeping came to our room to clean, no one cleaned for the entire 6 nights we were there. I will never stay there again and will not refer anyone to stay there.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience with parking upon your arrival. We assure you the resort meets the regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for accessible designs, outlining minimum accessibility requirements for buildings and facilities. We greatly appreciate the feedback from your experience with us. Although this feedback was hard to hear, it is vital information needed to pin-point exactly where our property needs improvements. However, it seems as though we missed our mark completely. We are incredibly sorry this is the service you received when attempting to report the conditions of the laundry facility. Please understand this is not an example of the standards we hold ourselves to or the service we strive to provide. Rest assured, we will be sure to forward this feedback to a member of management to review and address. Once again, we apologize this visit has not been a pleasant experience thus far and we hope to have the opportunity to make up for the service shortfalls you have endured.
