“The place was great in many ways, however we felt bated with the deceiving photos on Expedia showing a beach front resort. There were only 2 photos of the secretes we stayed at for our honeymoon. All other photos are of their sister resort Kumar and the beach club. When I booked this place we were expecting pools showing a beach backdrop. No beach in site. It was rather funny honestly thinking how many other people have done the same thing. Kicker is they bring you to the sister resort and show...

“We came here to be close to the cenotes. That was a bad idea because the cenotes were closed by the time we arrived. So we were just stuck in the jungle with no way of getting around the town. We asked for a scooter but since it was a small hotel (pretty sure we were the only people there), we never got a response back. We thought we could use the sauna but apparently we couldn’t. We just swam in our private pool and didn’t really get to see tulum as we had to leave the next day.”
