“Very nice and clean hotel. We stayed in the hotel from the 31st of March until the 2nd of April 18 as part of a trip of Mexico and Belize. Very good position, right next to an excellent italian restaurant ( Posada Margherita) hence if tired you can have a nice dinner without walking at all. Parking can be a bit of a pain in Tulum and this hotel offers free valet parking to its guests AND the possibility to rent bikes ( at a little extra). “It was a very nice hotel. Me and my husband enjoyed a lot. We literally spend all day there just to relax. We didn’t drive so we did order food from other restaurants and was delivered at the hotel and it was convenient. The receptionist both Stephanie and Natalie were nice. The only thing I wish the pool was heated. But everything else was perfect. They can arrange driver fro you too if you ask. Rene was a really great driver. I highly recommended him.”
