“The aircon was not satisfying because it didn’t work right in spite of multiple adjustments I made. It was not as cold as I was expecting. The room was at 313. Prior to this , I also checked in at room 215 and the AC was in good running condition.”

“My only complaint is that there was a party on the second floor that migrated to the third. My friend had to go out in the hall and ask the partiers to keep it quiet. When we checked out, I told the manager about it. She was understanding but noted that that other group had a reservation, too. I reminded the manager that other guests have to respect their neighbors who may be trying to sleep. She said that she would make a not of it.
