“The property was well kept and staff very pleasant. Breakfast selection was good and fresh. I would book this property again ”

“Pet friendly but the pet area was at the end of the parking lot near the way in and out of the hotel. A little busy and distracting for traveling dogs. A large open space for moving around and poop baggies and a trash can for clean up. First floor. It available so elevator ride was necessary. Great location to many restaurants and gas stations to continue the trip.”

“We only saw one staff member. He was at the front desk and very nice. Continental breakfast was a joke. Lousy coffee and a hostess Twinkie type pastry. For almost the same price or a few bucks more there’s much better quality in the area.”

“Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. ”

“This is a clean property offering a great price just off the highway. At check in this time, the lobby smelled heavily of curry, which I love, however it bothered my partner. Other than that, no complaints! ”

“Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Gym has a fantastic smith machine / squat rack but not much else. Extremely modern and clean rooms. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in YEARS. Typically travel to this area every quarter and will absolutely be booking this hotel everytime going forward. Only complaints: European shower door (water splashes out the back) + you can easily hear doors close throughout the night. 9.6/10”

“Hotel was in a great area! ”

“Very nice. Quiet and safe. Right across the street are many options for dining. I ate at the Greek restaurant. If you are a Dunkin’ Donuts fan there is a shop about 4 minutes away easy in and out. I will definitely stay here again. We visited the railroad TVR and road the train then visited the aquarium. A great time in Chattanooga ”

“We booked on here because the pet fee said $40. But we got there after booking and they said it was $75. It was to late to change or cancel. So please go to website of hotel and see what they say the fee is. EXPEDIA doesnt update their websites.. We booked two rooms and one room the tub leaked and the hot water in that room wasn't hot. Breakfast was okay. ”

“The room was clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast included bacon, sausage, and eggs along with a variety of pastry and bread options. I would recommend this property as an affordable option while in Chattanooga. ”

“Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. There was no coffee machine in the room. They had an ice machine but no cups provided in the room. The breakfast was good. ”
