“This is definitely a seasonal hotel as they don't have an indoor pool. Although the outdoor pool is heated, we were still cold getting out of the pool going to our room. The staff was excellent and very helpful. However like most cleaning staff at any hotel, they don't pay attention to detail as they are trying to turn over rooms quickly. Having water slides all week was one of the reasons we chose this resort specifically and we were disappointed. Not a lot of dining options but the ones that were there were really good. “Pro's: love that its privately owned, staff are kind and friendly. Good location, directly across the main road from the boardwalk. AC unit worked well. Well maintained property and grounds, parking lot felt safe, dog friendly with reasonable fee. Just all around adorable <3 would recommend to others and stay again.
