“The room was horrible. Please don’t spend your money here. The first room the sink didn’t drain and It stunk. The staff moved us to another room and It constantly sweat the entire time. The floor and walls were always wet It looked like your room we as sauna and this would be every morning when we wake up and in the evenings when we got back to the room. “The photos are a bit enhanced vs the actual room. So glad we booked an oceanfront room though! Otherwise, it would also be nice to have beach chairs to borrow at no charge included in the charge. Overall, staff was amazing and made everything enjoyable”

“Clock didn’t work in bedroom. Shower handle was about to fall off. Dust was 1/2 inch thick on bathroom vent. Hair conditioner bottle in shower was empty. All issues were handle by the staff after I requested.”

“This was a very nice addition to the tapestry collection and the waters were very fun for the kids and even adults. The next time we come and visit, we could easily see ourselves staying here and taking advantage of the private pier. People should definitely consider staying here because it's a very good resort.”

“It was under construction which wasn’t listed on the website. Check in is 4pm I got there after 5 and I still had to wait another hour for my room to be ready. You have to pay for parking. Only 1 of the hottubs were actually hot the other ones were cold. The elevators would take forever to come so we mostly used the stars. It’s very confusing getting around all of the construction. Not worth the price in my opinion.”

“Property is beautiful and well maintained. We tried checking in while there was a shift change and no one was available, so we had to find someone to check us in. which was odd. Police came same time we were checking in and asked if they had hallway cameras to which they said they did not, so a little odd that they dont have any hallway cameras because if something was taken out of my room, I'd want to know. “My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean. There was enough room for our family of 4 to sleep. We had the 2 queen bed room with sleeper sofa. The free breakfast and coffee were delicious! All the staff we encountered were friendly. The only negative was on the morning we were leaving there was no hot water and the water pressure was low. But we would definitely stay here again.”
