“I stayed here for two nights and unfortunately had a very poor experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, check-in took about 30 minutes because their entire system went down. To make matters worse, the lobby and hallways had no working air conditioning, which made the wait extremely uncomfortable. The room itself was in unacceptable condition. “My wife and I took an overnight trip to Tyler and chose this hotel for its convenient location and solid reputation. The front desk staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and effortless. The hotel offered good amenities and was clean and secure overall.However, when we arrived at our room, we found the door slightly ajar, which immediately made me uneasy—I wasn’t sure if someone was still inside or if the room had been broken into. The door frame also had noticeable pry marks on it....
