“Visited my child at college, tried out a new hotel, the hotel has a fresh coat of paint but felt old. We checked in and front desk clerk didn’t even look at us in our face. The elevator had a nasty smell. Maybe there were some rough spots but overall a 3.5 -4 out of 5”
