“Hotel is in a amazing position in the Kandy hills. The hotel is very beautiful, mostly for couples. My expectation were hire than what i found. The furniture of the room was very beautiful and based on the island style, the bathroom was very little, and not maintain properly, the bath was not good ( i prefer shower). But in the complex the hotel and room were good. only thing I have to signal is that the room was not very clean, but acceptable. During the night there was a buzzer noise. I expect...

“The room was clean but the design is a little off in the second bedroom bathroom. There is no separation between the shower and the toilet, so when you shower you inevitably wet the toilet paper… The staff were very accommodating - we had an early pick up to go to Ella, so they told us to go to restaurant 15 mins before their normal service hour to have breakfast. “We had a standard room. They were small...dirty...no windows. The photo on expedia or in their site are false. You have a window on an aisle nothing more. The manager did not help us. He only said:" you had a standard room" . So when it is standard can be dirty; with bad smell. Never again”
