“This property offers free breakfast with your reservation. We were told that if we wanted lunch or dinner, we had to order the day before. But, breakfast was not ordered in advance as it is included with the room rate. The next day we were ready for breakfast, but the lady in charge of the restaurant had pretty much nothing to offer. Only one of us got a pair of eggs and toast, and the other one got spinach sautéed and toast.”

“The soundproofing is terrible, it's so noisy! I often hear other rooms closing their doors while I'm sleeping!”
