Had after hours check in which went well, although gate for accessing parking area was not automatic but manual. Hotel is new in an older building, but that adds to its charm and has all the modern amenities (including A/C, which not all hotels have in the area). Duplex moderne/classe/bien équipé et confortable on se croirait dans un studio neuf meublé avec de belles prestations.

“This is a beautiful hotel, set in a tranquil garden, with a lovely view. The staff members were helpful and very friendly, and the room was enormous, interesting and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk into town, and around the ramparts of the city. It’s a pity we had just one night, we would have liked to have stayed longer. Very good breakfast”

“Very welcoming. Lovely grounds and layout for the houses/rooms. We loved our little 2 bed. We walked 25 mins to the local supermarket and then had dinner outside in the garden whilst our little one slept upstairs. All round, it was perfect for what we needed. ”

“Stayed in a suite that was very comfortable. Nice to have the extra space. Restaurant was nice and food of good quality, perhaps an extra waiter would have made it quicker.
Good location near the centre of the town.
We had a bonkers car with no roof, doors etc so secure parking was very important and this hotel has private underground. ”

“Right across the river from the Musée de la Bande Dessinée! Requires a bit of an uphill hike to get to the center of town but there are also easy nearby bus stops to take you there. Service was fantastic, breakfast was tasty and the hotel is pretty neat. No AC though. ”

Per il resto sa molto di "arsenici e vecchi merletti": vecchi pavimenti in legno, mobili e soprammobili da trovarobe teatrale, porte cigolanti, corridoi labirintici, probabile risultato di una ristrutturazione in cartongesso del vecchio palazzo. Personale gentile. Prezzo non proporzionato alla struttura.”
