“Sehr positiv zu bewerten ist, dass man ein Upgrade von einem Standard Zimmer zu einem Panoramablick Zimmer bekommen hat, wenn man auf die Stornierungsmöglichkeit verzichtet hat. Somit hatten wir wirklich einen traumhaften Blick auf die Elbe. Monotones Checkin anstatt individueller Gästeansprache. Im Restaurant gab es beim Frühstück einen schönen Platz mit Ausblick, der leer blieb, da starke Staubflusen unter dem Tisch durch Luftzug wieder nach oben gewirbelt wurden und so auf dem Frühstück...
