“The hotel is wonderful, they are welcoming and kind at check in and check out. The ONLY thing that I wish was different is that they did not have an elevator and I was on the second floor. It's just an older hotel so that happens.”

“Not a bad hotel. Living area very clean, bathroom was not bad except for ground-in dirt in the tub. Probably hard to remove maybe. Staff was excellent. I pre- checked in online, filling out ID, Credit Card and all that stuff, but had to fill out themsame information when i checked in at the front desk. I guess Travelocity didn't forward my pre-check in to the Hotel, or something like that. Sounds like it was a communication error between the two parties and made checking in a little difficult,...

“Staff, lovely. Rooms dirty. Not the kind of dirty rhat can be blamed on cleaning staff. Property owner type dirty. Shower doesnt drain, toilet doesnt flush, mold around windows, air filters filthy, grout peeling, and the stuff rhat would rrquire staff to have time/support to do, deep clwaning stuff, obviously not done.
