“I usually stay at this hotel during my business trips because of its convenient location and the reasonable room space. However, this time the experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning.
The service was below expectations, especially for a hotel that I frequently choose for my stays. The supervisor, Mr. Ebrahim, was unfortunately rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse instead of resolving concerns professionally.
