“The first room we had the key didn’t work three times. She upgraded us because of this issue which was nice however the room was a basic hotel room so wasn’t anything fancy. I would be mad if I paid a lot of money for that room because it was nothing fancy. Overall tho it’s a okay two night place to stay ”

“Parking very convenient. Check in was smooth. Housekeeping routine puzzling; day two we stayed in till 11 am and the room was not serviced. Day three we left about 10 am and only towels were replaced but nothing else touched in the room. No nightlight in bathroom and tile floor felt slippery when wet. ”

She was not only helpful with finding great restaurants and places to see in Pensacola but she was truly one of the nicest people I have met! The whole staff both morning and evening were friendly and personable during my stay. Her and the staff's hospitality was something I truly appreciated and look forward to coming back. ”
